Delivery & Returns
Items purchased online from BebeBonito can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided they are returned in a re-sellable condition with any tags attached. The cost of returning the item is to be covered by the customer. We suggest you use Recorded Delivery, as refunds will not be issued for any items that fail to reach us. Please note items reduced by more than 50% are non-returnable. Please also include a note with your details in the parcel.
Items purchased in-store or over the phone only qualify for an exchange or credit note if returned within 7 days as stated on your receipt.
Refunds are processed in 1-2 working days from when the goods are received - refunded back to the original purchase method. Delivery charges are non-refundable except where an item is faulty. In the case of a faulty item, the cost of returning the item to us will also be refunded.
In addition to this returns policy, under the UK’s distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 7 days. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We use a fully trackable courier service to deliver your items within the U.K.
Next Day Delivery applies to any orders received before 2pm Monday - Thursday.
Orders received after 2pm Monday - Thursday will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders received on Friday after 2pm or Saturday will not be dispatched until the following Monday.
